Terms of use
Plain-English terms for using caldrel.com.
Free tools, no warranty. Our tools, including Was I hit?, are provided free and “as is”. They are best-effort checks based on public data such as OSV.dev, and they can miss issues or report false positives. They are not a security audit or a guarantee that your software is safe. You are responsible for decisions you make based on their results.
News and guides. We write in good faith from cited sources and correct mistakes when we find them, but articles are general information, not professional security or legal advice. Facts in developing stories can change after publication.
Third-party services. The checker sends package names and versions to OSV.dev, and links may take you to other sites. Their own terms and policies apply.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Caldrel isn’t liable for losses arising from use of the site or its tools. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. Questions: [email protected].
